Indications

Mind & Spirit – Invigorating properties make Lemongrass useful to stimulate, revive and energies particularly for treating jet lag, clearing the head or relieving fatigue (vaporizer or bath).

Body – Considered an excellent tonic for the body. Has an excellent effect on aching muscles, relieves pain making them more supple (bath or compress).

Skin & Hair – Tones the skin and is effective for open pores. Traditionally used to clear acne and balance oily skin conditions however not for people with sensitivities due to chance of dermal irritation (compress)

Contraindications

May cause dermal irritation or sensitization in some people. Use with care in skin applications. Consider using in less dilution for skin applications to avoid dermal irritation.
